Express-Times Declares Nazareth Solicitor "Turkey" for Sunshine Law Interpretation

On Saturday, July 15, 2006 the Express-Times, in its weekly roll-call of Turkeys & Trophies, declared Nazareth Solicitor Al Pierce a Turkey based on his interpretation of the Sunshine Law.

    It is thanks to the meticulous way that you follow all these committee meetings that we were able to discover that these meetings were not conducted publicly. So you should give yourself a trophy.
