Lowes is planning construction of a new store in Lower Nazareth Township near the recently opened Target according to the Express-Times (read the article here).
There are a few variances being sought regarding putting sale items outside, an adjustment to height requirements (need another 3 feet for their trademark façade) and a reduction in parking spaces.
Are the people at Lowes that idiotic? They have another store just a stones throw down 33. Why in god's name would they put another one that close?
ReplyDeleteMaybe we should add a few more Applebee's, Red Robin's, McD's, because we just don't have enough of them around here.
But hey, at least it's not another truck terminal.
