The document of interest is:
Act 34 Hearing Information (PDF): 59 page document. This document includes an agenda for the meeting on January 9 (page 5), a description of the need for the project (page 11), the options considered (page 14), a review of 50 sites that were considered for the building (page 16), then the project features (page 19), a site map (page 31 - which interestingly shows a track and field in addition to the one at Andrew S. Leh Statium), detailed plans follow including a pool, project costs (beginning page 36), impact on the tax base (page 47), and the document closes with the resolution, certificate, and announcement of a public hearing.
Sorry, didn't have time to comment on each area, and each could probably handle a post of its own. Let me know what you think - since I was planning on taking a holiday break - what does everyone think of putting a post up for each section noted above? Then you can comment within specific areas allowing the feedback to be a bit more focused.
If you think one post can handle the feedback, I won't bother with the extra posts.

Well, I would guess by the volume of posts on this subject, one thread should suffice.
There's a bit of information in there and I hope to have an opportunity to review and post my thoughts in a couple days.
