Colonial Regional Police HQ Settlement

Today the Morning Call (read it here) and Express-Times (read it here) both report that the participating municipalities of the Colonial Regional Police force (Lower Nazareth, Hanover, and Bath Borough) have come to an agreement for their new headquarters. Each will own 1/3 of the facility. Previously, Hanover wanted ownership and would have leased to the other two.
