Teachers Accept Contract

JD Malone reports that the Nazareth Area Education Association has accepted the NASD contract offer (read the article here).

In the article Malone reports that the NAEA Chief Negotiator Ed Klepeisz did not release the vote count, but said it was very close.

There was no update on the NAEA web site.

School officials contacted by Malone stated they expected the contract to be approved at the next Board Meeting, now that the teachers have approved.
