Lower Nazareth Questions Dutch Springs Expansion

The Morning Call reports that the Lower Nazareth Township Supervisors and Dutch Springs are at odds regarding the need to receive township approval for each addition to the park (read the article here).

Also at the Township meeting, a new ordinance will result in:

prohibiting stopping, standing and parking on the north and south sides of Hanoverville Road between Township Line Road and Nazareth Pike. It carries a fine of up to $50.

And:

The board also approved storm-water management ordinances for Bushkill Creek and Monocacy Creek, in accordance with recommendations by the Lehigh Valley Planning Commission.
