Candidate Night Cancelled for Wednesday

I decided to cancel the candidate night scheduled for Wednesday, May 9, 2007.

In short, the date came up on me rather fast and I wasn't able to promote it well enough to ask the candidates to give up a night this close to the election to participate. Their time will be better spent making calls or going door to door.

I do appreciate all the candidates who did give their time by attending the previous two events and I do hope to have a candidates night in the fall jointly sponsored by a business or organization in order to have more promotion and a better turnout.

Thanks also to those residents who stopped by to meet the candidates. Now don't forget to vote!
