The Express-Times' JD Malone reports primarily on the two change orders to the Stadium Turf project that could add up to $138,600 or 10% (read it here) to the cost.

One change order, doesn't seem to fit within this project - it is to replace sidewalks on E. Center Street in front of the HS and HS Gym at a cost of $38,600.
