Two Students Selected for Governor's School

According to a release announced in the Express-Times, two Nazareth students, only thirteen total were from Northampton County, will participate in the 2007 Pennsylvania Governor's Schools of Excellence (read the article here).

The release notes:
The Governor's Schools of Excellence are a comprehensive set of residential summer programs held on college campuses. Admissions to the programs are highly competitive. Students are selected on the basis of their artistic or academic talent. This year 3,933 applicants vied for 752 positions.
Congratulations to both Austin L. Voll, photography and Sean M. Altemose, teaching for being accepted into this prestigious program.
