Warehouse Hearing Postponed

Both the Express-Times (read it here) and the Morning Call (read it here) report today that the Warehouse hearing in Lower Nazareth Township was postponed because over 100 people turned out and the municipal building couldn't accommodate them all.

The Supervisors are expected to announce a new date and location at their next meeting on May 23.

Just a heads up to any of you that plan on attending, and have never attended an LNT supervisors meeting before.

During the public comment stage, if you agree with the BOS position, you will most likely be able to talk as long as you want. If you disagree, you will get the egg timer.

I haven't seen this much interest in a meeting since the aftermath of Hurrican Ivan.

If they keep approving truck terminals at the rate they are, then soon we will look like the area in and around Rte. 100.
