The Us has an announcement that there will be a special executive session of the Borough Council tonight at the new Municipal Building at 6:00 p.m.
The regular workshop meeting is at 7:00 p.m. at Council Chambers.
While several issues could be the reason for the meeting, the most likely is a final discussion on Chief of Police and if a decision is made expect an announcement tonight.

I believe the workshop meeting is next Thursday, not tonight. It is always the thursday immediately preceeding the first monday of the month.
in that case then it wouldn't be until two weeks as Weds is the 1st....right?

The Workshop is the Thursday before the first Monday of the month.
In the case of the August Meeting (Monday the 6th), the workshop is on Thursday August 2nd.
I was thinking last thursday in July, but the following monday was still July, hence I was a week early.
The executive session mistake was even simpler, I hadn't pulled off my 365 day a week far side calendar and saw the 25 and thought today (being thursday, when it was really a day old).
