The Express-Times reported on September 1 (read it here) that Borough Zoning office notified the Spring Street Tavern that they could not host entertainment without a permit because as a tavern a permit was required.
Today the Express-Times reports (read it here) that the Tavern was notified that it would be visited at some point over the next 30 days to ensure compliance.
