Nazareth Receives Recycling Performance Grant

A press announcement from Governor Ed Rendell's office from October 17, 2007 indicates that Nazareth Borough will receive a $10,912 recycling performance grant, the largest given in Northampton County (read the announcement here).

According to the release:

Recycling performance grants reward communities based on the amount of recyclable materials collected. More cans, jars, newspapers and other materials collected mean larger grants for the recycling programs
