The Morning Call had two articles yesterday related to local real estate and home prices.
The first noted that the local Patt White Realty office in Nazareth was closing (read it here) and the Nazareth area would be served by its Easton Office.
The second mentioned several Nazareth realtors and a family in Bushkill and was in regard to setting a home price when listing (read it here). Price-setting right now is even more important, because those who purchased at the height of the frenzy are now in a position where they may lose money on the sale of the home, particularly if they invested in improvements in it and are trying recoup that plus the purchase price.
