The Nazareth Girls' Soccer team won a big game on Friday night over perennial power Emmaus at Andrew S. Leh Stadium. Both the Express-Times (read it here) and Morning Call (read it here) report on the game that broke Emmaus' long LVC winning streak. The Hornet's had last lost a conference came in April of 2004.
Congratulations to the team and best wishes as the season continues!

Congrats to the girls....this is an example of what youth soccer and good coaching can provide.....now the NASD needs to help our youth teams by being more involved, and allowing the youth soccer teams play on taxpayer provided fields, ex the new turff at the stadium, especially for state cup games, and other home games, when the field is not in use by the school, and for now charge, except a custodial fee, if need be. Allow the youth soocer program to use the stadium, and help soccer in Nazareth grow even stronger.
