I saw the door open last week and stoped to see what was going on. I was warmly invited in and was fortunate enough to meet Debbie and her family. She has a great personality and seems to have a knowledge of the restaurant business. I'm sure with what I saw they will be a success in Nazareth! I'm so anxious to eat there!

Thank goodness, hopefully now there will be a clean new place to eat and someone who knows how to make a good steak sandwich. I stopped in at Lilly's Taco the other day and ordered a steak sandwich and it was not good at all.

Since the Bistro is now open, what about a post, or update on this post to move it to the top to let people know?

I haven't been able to stop in yet, but I'm looking forwad to it. Have you tried the fare there?

You could even do a brief post on reminding residents of the various eateries in Nazareth. There aren't that many (Kate's Garden Cafe, Mara's Cafe, Rios, etc.) so it shouldn't take up TOO much time ;)

Jak-E-Potatoes next to Ritas has amazing grilled sndwiches - #26 is a doozy!

Shubert's bakery has the best jelly donuts I've had since I was a kid.

The Pie Shop & More has delicious pies (and more), too.

Even though it's in Easton, Phenom Thai restaurant on Northampton street is great and family friendly.

Okay, I've gone on enough - I've made myself hungry. I'll read you more later!

Elyssia,

Thanks for the note as well as reading. My goal for this site isn't to cover it all, but to provide a forum that allows others to join in.

If you visit a place in Nazareth, feel free to send me an email and I can either attribute the post to you or indicate "a reader sent".

Best wishes!
