Received the following information from the Lower Nazareth Crime Watch and would ask readers to help out if possible:
On Saturday, August 23rd between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM, an egg throwing incident occurred on Homestead Dr. (off Newburg Rd. & W. Gremar Rd.). In what appears to be a random act, person(s) egged the front of the house and the owners automobile. The hooligans left quite a mess to cleanup. Eggs today, rocks in the future????
PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS AND RESPOND APPROPRIATELY:
1. Home owners in the Foxwood Farms development -
a. Did anyone else experience any similar vandalism in or around the same time frame, or within the last week or two?
b. Did anyone see anything out of the norm, i.e. unfamiliar cars, or people in the neighborhood?
c. Did anyone see a group of young people roaming or partying in the neighborhood?
d. Ask your children (young & old) if they observed anything unusual or have any knowledge of the occurrence.
2. All other LNT Neighborhood Crime Watch Members -
a. Did anyone experience any similar vandalism in or around the same time frame, or within the last week or two?
b. If yes, review and respond appropriatly to b.thru d. above.

The same night Washington Park was spray painted, which was around August 21, 2 of the cars across the street from the park were egged. It was a huge mess! What is going on in Nazareth? We moved here because it was a great area, and over the past year it's been going downhill. Are the kids that bored?
If anyone thinks this is something new, you clearly didn't grow up in this area. I will say I don't condone this activity, but throwing eggs, corn, toilet paper in the trees, etc., have been going on for decades. So please don't act like this is something new or never been done before.
More than likely, the house was targeted for some reason, and maybe they should look inside their neighborhood as there is a good chance that is where this came from.
Kids walking around the streets with a carton of eggs would stand out, and if they are coming from far away, being spotted would be quite easy.
To this extent YES it is something new. There has NOT been this many thing going on in this town for as long as I can remember.
At least 40 years.
I know that the park was never vandalized (except for about 4 years ago) before... let alone 2x in a row.
