The Express-Times reports that Moravian Hall Square presented plans to Upper Nazareth officials for a planned community of 80-100 homes described as a having the feel of a Colonial Williamsburg (read the article here).
The homes would be close to the road, emphasizing the porch and de-emphasizing the driveway and garage. The community would be wholly owned by Moravian Hall Square and it would be the first of its kind in the Lehigh Valley in that it isn't simply a 55 and over community, but instead incorporates nursing care currently available at the Hall.
The community would be located on a tract of land in the township between the north end of Borough Park and Beil Avenue.
