11 Year Old Sexually Assaulted

Police have charged a Nazareth man who lives on Victory Lane within a tenth of a mile or so from Shafer Elementary with sexually assaulting an 11 year old girl according to a report in the Morning Call (read it here).

The girl told police that between November 1 and January 2 the man touched her under her clothes. The man admitted to police what he did was wrong and he had no defense for his actions.

The article also notes he was, "Charged with aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault. He was arraigned Thursday" and was sent to NorCo Prison with $15,000 bail.
