Thank You Message from Iraq

I had not considered servicemen and women using the site to keep up, while on tour overseas, until yesterday.

"Fireman" Joe Brown lives in Upper Nazareth, and was called to serve in Iraq almost a year ago. His unit will be returning home soon, and below is the note he sent and asked me to share with everyone here.

Joe, we will all continue to keep you, and all those who serve and who have friends and loved ones serving, in our thoughts and prayers. And that thanks in my mind goes to those who have sacrificed for us all, I can hardly rank myself in that category for this site, but thank you none-the-less, and I'm glad to know it helped in its own little way.

I would like to thank you for this wonderful website. I am finishing up my tour in Iraq with the New Jersey National Guard and your site has kept me abreast of the events happening in my hometown. Would you please post my heartfelt thank you to everyone back home for keeping me and my family in their thoughts and prayers during this deployment and that I am looking forward to my return to Nazareth in June. Thank you again for your support of all the men and women serving our great country both here and abroad.

My husband & I used to be neighbors with Joe & his wife until we all moved to new locations. Hi Joe, thanks for all you're doing and we hope for a safe return!
