Twitter is a "microblog" that allows a person to post a 'tweet', which is a short message up to 140 characters.
People can decide to "follow" someone on twitter, and by doing so will receive that individual's "tweets".
When I opened my account, I saw a few regular readers who have emailed me in the past are members - feel free to connect with me on Twitter.
I'm going to try to use it to supplement the longer posts and if you or I see something happening throughout the Nazareth area that others should know about, a road closure, event, activity, etc., I can either tweet it myself or mention your tweet.
Much like the site when I started, this will be a work in progress, but it is probably long over due, at least by internet standards, to let this bird out of the cage.
