Police Identify O'Brien's Killer

The Express-Times reports (read the article here) that police have charged Mark Williams, also of Nazareth, of criminal homicide. It was noted that beating and strangulation were the cause of death.

Williams was arriagned before District Magistrate Strohe today and sent to Northampton County Prison without bail.
