State Budget Impasse

The Morning Call has an article on the PA State Budget impasse including an explanation of the democrats recently released plan to create a separate fund for higher education (read the article here).

The House democrats plan would raise taxes and the Senate Republican plan would hold them. The budget impasse has left those expecting grants without much needed funds according to area Rep. Craig Dally.
