NASD is reporting cumulative confirmed flu cases; but it is important to note that most of the students who were confirmed cases have recuperated and have returned to school.
Cumulative Count:
HS – 18 (11 prior, 7 new this week) – all but 1 have returned to school
MS – 5 (4 prior, 1 new this week) – all but 1 have returned to school
IS – 14 (5 prior, 9 new this week) – all but 1 have returned to school
BES – 2 new this week
LNES – 0
SES – 1 new this week
Total - 40 reported cases - only 6 out of school - all others have recuperated and returned to school
