On Saturday, October 10 at Northampton Community College there will be a household hazardous waste drop-off from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Items can be dropped off at no charge, but you must bring photo ID to prove residency in Northampton County. Items being accepted include batteries, oil-based paints and stains, oil, fire extinguishers, cleaners, pesticides, etc.
