The Express-Times reports that a decline in state revenue to the NASD was made up for using Federal stimulus dollars (read the article here).
The announcement came at last Monday’s School Board Meeting. The other item noted in the article was a request by Board member Tom Maher to have a policy regarding use of school issued lap-tops off site.

We'll have to be sure and teach our kids that their education is being charged to a credit card taken out in the names of their unborn children and grandchildren.
