Weekly Blogosphere Round-Up

Andy’s Fan Page has several articles on the Nazareth Boys Basketball team who qualified for the LVC Championship Tournament for the first time in school history – congrats!

Center for the Arts announced last Thursday’s Trevor Gordon Hall show has been postponed until this coming Friday, February 19.

Clonehenge has a post on virtual henges existing in Second Life and a run-down of movies that include scenes with Stonehenge in them.

House to Home may have renamed to now be The Yellow House, but either way the latest post is an update on a powder room renovation.

Steaming Cup has a few storm articles, including one on the challenges of delivering the paper when many roads are closed, and one on the Rendell state budget, particularly lamenting the fact that while the sales tax is getting cut from 6-4%, many new services will be taxed that were previously exempt, which will cost us all much more.

Lehigh Valley Ramblings has many posts including several on the snow storm and the impact on County Government (to close or not to close), plus a tribute to the late Billy Givens.

Tatamy Happenings has what may be the most informative post I’ve seen on any site in some time.  Last Wednesday, Tatamy Happenings had a ride-along with the borough road foreman during the snowstorm to see what it is like having to plow out during a storm.  Great work and worth the read if you like to complain about the job that is done where you live.

Weird Nazareth has a post on a Bath resident who attempted a Guitar Hero world record.
