Upper Nazareth Burning

Upper Nazareth Township Supervisors have been receiving complaints about burning according to an article in the Express-Times (read it here). The issue is not so much the burning as what is being burned, but the article doesn’t say what the actual ordinance bans.

Outdoor fire pits are pretty common and they are sold at most retail stores these days. It would seem the township will have a hard time telling one user they are okay and the next they are being fined. Will be interesting to see how this enforcement develops.
