Both the Express-Times (read it here) and the Morning Call (read it here) have articles on Borough Police Officer Vanessa Cruz-Smith, who is suing the police department and borough citing a racially hostile work environment and discrimination.
Earlier this year Cruz-Smith filed an EEOC complaint, and now this civil suit.
