The Express-Times reports that former Stockertown Borough Secretary/Treasurer Donna Frey of Bangor was charged with making nearly $5000 in personal charges on the Borough credit card (read the story here), which cost the borough over $6000 once interest and penalties were included.
She had been fired in January for unrelated reasons.
