Judge Stephen Baratta ruled that the question to sell Gracedale can appear on the May ballot according to an article in the Morning Call (read it here).
The petition to make it a ballot question was challenged in court on the grounds that it could incur additional cost to the county and was therefore against the county charter.
A separate challenge remains regarding the validity of the signatures secured.
