Reading the article, I am blown away by the comment "The idea is for a homeowner or merchant to save a little on energy costs through the use of solar panels, not make a profit, supervisor James Pennington said."
So the township BOS is now in the business of telling home owners how they can/can't make money?
Cannot have anyone competing with your benevolent benefactor PPL now, can we, Mr. P? It's OK for those gougers, though, right?
