Both the Express-Times (read it here) and the Morning Call (read it here) report on a Nazareth HS senior who drove a get-away car during an armed robbery.
According to the articles, the suspect was driving a BMW, pulled alongside a student, an accomplice got out, put a gun to a 15 year olds head, demanded he empty his pockets, and recovered $150 in cash. The two jumped in the car and fled.
During the hearing it noted there could be mitigating circumstances.
