The Express-Times reports on two candidates who lost primary campaigns for NASD School Board, but have made their way back on the ballot this fall (read it here). Jacob Allen was the only individual interested to fill John Marino's vacated seat. He is the incumbent on the Democrat side, and current Board President Lorin Bradley, was selected as the Republican candidate for Marino's seat.
