Legal announcements are something that is often overlooked locally, especially if you are not notified the hearing is coming up. The Express-Times search page does a good job of providing search results for articles, blogs, and legal announcements all on one screen.

While this may not be the most exciting news, it can be important so he is a round up:

• Bushkill Zoning - variances on two properties 650 Fehr Road and 620 Johnson Road to be heard Monday, July 9, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.
• Upper Naz Supervisors - seeking bids on 2007 Road Rehabilitation and Paving Project.
• Nazareth Zoning - July 10, variance on property at 150 South Whitfield Street and a challenge to "to the validity of the amendment to the Nazareth Borough Zoning Ordinance, known as Nazareth Ordinance No. 724, signed into law on October 2, 2006. The challenge questions the validity of the ordinance in general and as proposed to be applied by Joseph Negrao and Alexander Manor at 7 New Street" by residents Karissa Alexander, Stephan Bajan, Annette P. Landes-Frey, Mark Madson, Laurie Moyer, Joseph O'Callaghan, Charles J. Peischl, and Robert E. Simpson.
• Nazareth Zoning - July 11, variances on properties at 231 South Whitfield and 26 Evergreen Street and variance to the parking provision to allow for a coffee shop at 6 South Broad Street.
• DEP - accepting comments on the proposed adoption of a Revision to the Official Township (ACT 537) Sewage Facilities Plan which "involves the commercial development of a 31.41-acre parcel located at the southeast intersection of Moorestown Road (PA-512) and Miller Roads and is known as Tax Parcel G7-4-11. The development consists of eight commercial buildings"
