Solar Panel Regulation

The federal government's investment in reimbursing people who install solar panels has resulted in an increase in people deciding to install the product. Most municipalities, however, do not have ordinances regulating placement and use of solar panels.

The Express-Times reports that many municipalities, including Bushkill, are now in the process of creating ordinances and a draft ordinance from the state should be ready next week (read the article here).
