As reported in the Morning Call on Saturday, June 10, 2006, the Farmers Market held on the Circle in Nazareth and supported by the Nazareth Area Chamber of Commerce, will not return in 2006.
According to the article, 2005 had four vendors, and less support was anticipated in 2006 resulting in the decision to cancel.
Many different activities have been tried in the Main Street area (see the community calendar for upcoming ones), what would you like to see or have in town as either a special or on-going event or activity?

Maybe the farmer's market would have more response if it included spots for artisans and/or antiques and flea market dealers. However the focus should be on produce and baked goods etc.
