The Morning Call reports that Detective Gary Hammer of the Colonial Regional Police has announced his candidacy for the vacated District Magistrate seat (read the article here)
Hammer, 41, joins John Capobianco, Alan Siegfried, Yvonne Falcone, Todd Buskirk, and Mark Franczak.
