The Express-Times reports (read it here) that a developer has proposed 180 new homes in Lower Nazareth Township along the Monacacy Creek. Visit NewsOverCoffee's Google Maps to see the location.
There are 12 planned streets and the Supervisors will discuss the proposal at their May 9 meeting.
