Candidate Night - Tomorrow at Nazareth News Agency

The first Candidate Night is being held tomorrow - Thursday Night - from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Nazareth News Agency on Main Street in Nazareth.  This is a non-partisan open house being held to give voters the opportunity to meet the candidates who are running for office.

On Thursday, April 19, 2007 candidates running for Borough Council and County Council.
County Council candidate Peg Ferraro and John Maher and County Controller candidate Stephen Barron have confirmed.

On Thursday, April 26, 2007 candidates running for Nazareth School Board and District Judge. District Magistrate candidates: Todd Buskirk, John Capobianco, Yvonne Falcone, Gary Hammer, and Alan Siegfried have confirmed, as has School Board candidate Chad Cornell.

On Wednesday, May 9, 2007, all candidates are invited to attend this 'alternate' open house in the event of conflicts on previous dates (there was a County Council meeting on the 19th).

Tomorrow will feature candidates running for Borough Council and County Council, unfortunately, to date I've only heard from a few County Council candidates and a County Controller candidate (next week all of the District Magistrate candidates will be in attendance).
