In the article he notes that former partner and current Colonial Regional Police Chief Roy Seiple and current interim Nazareth Police Chief Alan Koch spoke during the services of their colleague and friend reminiscing and recalling those special gifts, nuances, and ways of Chief Ruch.
Chief Ruch will be missed on many levels as his life was dedicated to family and the community in which they lived, but his impact and memory will live on for the same reason. To his family and close friends, I hope there is comfort for you during this difficult time knowing that you and he are in many people's thoughts and prayers and will continue to be.
