The primary story was the budget increase - a rise from .05 to .o7% in EIT plus a property tax increase of 4.19% or 1.62 mills. The budget increased 6.6% over the current year's.
Tom Maher raised the issue of using a change order as opposed to a competitive bid for the parking lot project, but the Board voted to approve the change order as noted in the agenda over his objection/question.
