The dispute between Hanover, Lower, and Bath Borough over a new facility and costs continues to threaten the police partnership according to an article in the Express-Times (read it here).
Of interest to me, being in Nazareth, is the fact that the force has 22 officers and eight can respond to a single call and Hanover alone requires 14 officers (I'm assuming this is full-time). When Nazareth (which is larger than Bath) and Upper Nazareth (which is smaller than either Hanover or Lower) discussed merging I don't believe the force would have even been 14.
