The challenge questions the validity of the ordinance in general and as proposed to be applied by Joseph Negrao and Alexander Manor at 7 New Street" by residents Karissa Alexander, Stephan Bajan, Annette P. Landes-Frey, Mark Madson, Laurie Moyer, Joseph O'Callaghan, Charles J. Peischl, and Robert E. Simpson.
- Nazareth Zoning - July 11, variances on properties at 231 South Whitfield and 26 Evergreen Street and variance to the parking provision to allow for a coffee shop at 6 South Broad Street.
- DEP - accepting comments on the proposed adoption of a Revision to the Official Township (ACT 537) Sewage Facilities Plan which "involves the commercial development of a 31.41-acre parcel located at the southeast intersection of Moorestown Road (PA-512) and Miller Roads and is known as Tax Parcel G7-4-11. The development consists of eight commercial buildings"
