The Morning Call reports (read it here) that the three municipalities who form the Colonial Regional Police Department spent four hours in mediation at Northampton County Courthouse and couldn't come to agreement on anything.
The disputes over a new building and contributions per municipality among other things, have gone on for two years and while it is great that each is fighting for what is best for its residents, there comes a point when the parties need to find common ground and work from there. The resources, energy, and time being consumed couldn't possibly justify the gains they are each fighting over.
