Got an email from a parent earlier this week (sorry am only catching up this morning) in regard to a "teacher of the week" contest hosted by WLEV. Mrs. Post at Shafer was nominated and placed into a "teacher of the quarter" contest.
In that one she tied with another teacher. They are having a 'sudden death' tie-breaker - winning teacher's classroom receives $1000. Deadline is today!
The other teacher is from Bangor - so I'm asking everyone to vote for Mrs. Post (when I cast my vote is showed some results and she is trailing - every vote counts).
