The Express-Times reports that newly hired football coach Rob Melosky will speak to parents of players tonight about his vision for the new program (read the article here).
While the article indicates that school officials stated it was uncertain whether or not Melosky would address the current charges against him, it is doubtful he could, given the potential legal implications.
Having a new coach address the team, boosters and parents is pretty common and only newsworthy given the revelation of the pending charges against the coach.
[Correction - this meeting was actually held Tuesday - thanks to the readers who alerted me to it, apparently the confusion came from a letter sent on April 29 indicating Wednesday, May 7 (read it here)]
