Be Aware

Thanks to the reader who emailed me about an article I couldn't find online.

Thursday's Express-Times has a small article noting a "Rash of Trouble in Nazareth."

It notes that Police Chief Sinclair indicated eight reports of criminal mischief were called in to police between Friday and Tuesday.

Locations were Mauch Chunk, S. Whitfield, S. Main (twice), S. Broad, W. Park, E. High, and South Street.

Broken windows and graffiti were among the reports.

Let's not forget the 2 car windows, $500 toolkit and $270 GPS unit.. from the alley where I live just prior to all this BS. This town seems to be getting a bit on the S&*##% side. Graffiti on the water tower at green and prospect street, more on other buildings and a tractor trailer close to that location... no one seems to give much concern to this..
What is going on.. A few "bad apples" can't be caught by these officers?

Seems strange to me.

Don't forget the graffiti on the building adjacent to Rita's on East Lawn (I think it's the back of Huston's, but I am not entirely sure.... anyway, sit at the back tables and look west, you'll see it)

Also, we had a rash of vandalism about a year or so ago. My mailbox was one of about 4 in the neighborhood that was destroyed along with a couple of car side mirrors at the end of the street.

As far as I know, the police never identified the culprit(s).
