A lawsuit against Northampton County by James Werner Sr. over the eventual posting of his son's death scene photos on the internet has been dismissed in court according to the Morning Call (read the article here).
The coroner's office photos were in possession of deputy coroner Donald DeReamus and his son took the photos allegedly into school and then posted them on the internet. James Werner, Jr. was 19 at the time of his death, May 2006.
