I posted previously about an article indicating a Nazareth man robbed a disabled woman at Nazareth Coin Laundromat (read the post here), but this follow-up article in the Express-Times indicates the man arrested was innocent (read the article here).
The ET article notes that Michael Fillis was arrested and identified by two Nazareth police officers from a film. Fillis provided an alibi, he was with relatives, two vouched for him, and he claimed he was innocent. After four days in Northampton County Prison, Fillis was released and all charges were withdraw. They were withdrawn because the victim, when shown a photopgraph of Fillis, said it was not the person.
